Directions: Using "latitude longitude" We were able to use the Maps app on our iPhone to navigate to the property. Destination point, type in: 37.008889, -105.495889

From San Luis, CO:
1. From intersection of Main St and 4th St (County offices) head south on Main St. (CO-159), (11.1 mi)
2. Turn left onto Road H (paved rd), (4.0 mi)
3. Turn right onto Road 10, (0.25 mi)
4. Property will be on your right. Road frontage is 1/4 mile long.
Note the abandoned house just before the property. Driveway and corral is partly on our property. Since it was all once one large ranch, this is logical.
