About the Founder

The founder of the company developed a passion for land as a youth. His parents considered purchasing land on several occassions. Even though the parents never followed through with a land purchase, he was hooked into land ownership. Having grown up near mountains, the many camping trips, hikes, and fishing expeditions he did as a child and young adult provided the love of the mountains and open spaces. He believes that many others have these same passions and desires. The philosophy of wanting to expand this passion to others and to help in any way possible is the driving force for offering below market priced land and reasonable financing. In simple, in sharing his passion he is doing his part to help others achieve their passions and desires.

With over a decade of real estate experience to his credit, RZ Professional Enterprises, LLC was incorporated in March of 2010. The corporation primarily started with Arizona and New Mexico properties but has ventured into Colorado to partake in the many existing opportunities in the rapidily growing Colorado economy.
