From San Luis, CO:
1. From intersection of Main St and 4th St (County offices) head south on Main St. (CO-159), (14.9 mi)
2. Turn left onto Black Elk Trail (dirt rd, (2.4 mi)
3. Bear right toward Flintlock Trail, (1.6 mi)
4. Turn right onto Elk Park Rd, soon after Bull Elk Trail. (2.9 mi)
5. Property will be on your right. Note the curve to the left about 1/2 way into the property as a guide.
Use the PLAT OUTLINE (last picture) to figure out approximate boundaries.
Note: There is a more scenic route via CR-21 that passes close to Sanchez Reservoir which I will leave for you to explore.
