Directions: (Using "latitude longitude" We were able to use the Maps app on our iPhone to navigate to the property) - type in: 38.30972 -105.45121 (This is the road intersection - Dead End sign pictured above is visable to the due north).

From Guffy, CO:
1. Depart CR-59/CR-102 toward 6th st, (0.3 mi)
2. Turn left to stay on Main St / CR-59 / CR-102, (1.3 mi)
3. Keep straight onto CO-9, (21.0 mi)
4. Turn right onto US-50, (1.7 mi)
5. Turn left onto CR-3, (2.6 mi)
6. At the Y, bear right onto Copper Gulch Rd, continue on Copper Gulch Rd (eventually becomes a dirt road). (14.0 mi)
7. Turn left onto M Path (Bear Run). You will see the road designations (Path letters) ascend as you near M Path (M Path is a bumpy road). Property is 2.1 mi from this turn off.
8. Property is on the right. A set of crossroads marks the spot. Cross road to south boarders the west boundary and leads to the south boundary. There is a small singlewide trailer on the right about 80 yards prior to the property entrance. Turquoise blue cabin is immediately to north. Use of GPS coordinates is recommended to confirm location.
