From Guffy, CO:
1. Depart CR-59/CR-102 toward 6th st, (0.3 mi)
2. Turn left to stay on Main St / CR-59 / CR-102, (1.3 mi)
3. Keep straight onto CO-9, (21.0 mi)
4. Turn right onto US-50, (1.7 mi)
5. Turn left onto CR-3, (2.6 mi)
6. At the Y, bear right onto Copper Gulch Rd, continue on Copper Gulch Rd (eventually becomes a dirt road). (14.0 mi)
7. Turn left onto M Path (Bear Run). You will see the road designations (Path letters) ascend as you near M Path (M Path is a bumpy road). Property is 2.5 mi from this turn off.
8. Property is on the right. The small opening is the driveway entrance. There is a small abandoned camper trailer on the right (very old with broken windows) about 120 yards prior to the property entrance. To the left of entrance is an RV set back behind a minor gate. The start of the gate is the west end of our property (see PIC #12 above). The last 4 PICs above are of or from the entrance. Use of GPS coordinates is recommended to confirm location.
9. Turning to the right puts you on the private driveway through our property. The neighbor at the rear placed a gate along the driveway (which the Buyer of our property has the legal right to remove or block). Our property extends about 160 feet beyond the gate. The lock combination is: 2-8-38.
