Directions: (please note that online maps and Smart phone GPS may not recognize this location properly).

1. From Tierra Amarilla, NM head northeast on NM-162 0.5 mi
2.Turn right onto NM-573 0.7 mi
3. Turn right onto unnamed road. This is the second two track road on the right (the first road will get you to the property but is much longer) 0.2 mi. (NOTE: This is a real back woods road, this road is not for city slickers. Knowledge on using a "real" GPS (Garmen, Tom Tom or equivalent) will be very helpful. Smart phone navigation may or may not work.)
4. From this point on just follow the road and when you come to the GPS coordinates (36.707684, -106.522947) you are at the start of the platted road going to the property (click on the bottom right picture above).
5. From the last set of GPS coordinates head straight to 36.706618, -106.524170 which is the NE corner of the property. You are allowed to cut down any trees within the roadway. We have GPS coordinates of several points along the road for anyone wanting to clear the road of trees and brush.
